Give your child meaningful free time With the "Fritidskortet" you can pay for many of your children's regular leisure activities in sports, culture and outdoor activities. Children between the ages of 8 and 16 receive 500 SEK per year. Children in households that received housing benefit last year can receive SEK 2,000. The purpose of the "Fritidskortet" is to ensure that more children and young people have the opportunity for active and meaningful leisure time – regardless of the family's financial situation.

Summer training 2026

Summer training starting in June Training is for graded youth and adults from 13 years and up NOTE! During the month of June there is training also on Mondays Mondays in June 19.00 - 20.00 Training is for all graded from 13 years and up 20.00 - 20.30 Training continues for all graded from 6 kyu (green) and up Between the "sessions" you line up for a formal closing. Welcome to Lunds Karateklubb! After registration, you will receive an email with general information. All you have to do is show up for the desired class at the start of the semester, or any time during the semester. We have room for everyone. The classes start around January 20th and August 20 (check the website news). You can come and try on that day, or whenever you want afterwards. You can buy clothing through the club. Talk to your trainer who will help you! You place an order and pay in advance, then the suit arrives after about 1 week. We have many different costumes at varying prices, for both children and adults. A suit, gi, lasts for several years. Karate is a way of life where in your karate training you strive to develop your character by seeking perfection in the techniques. Within Lund's Karate Club, we process a large amount of personal data.
