Children and Youth

Children's training is aimed at everyone between the ages of 7 and 12. You find answers to frequently asked questions here. Through training adapted to children's conditions, the basics of karate are taught. The fighting elements are toned down in favor of more playful exercises. It is important that training is fun!

We also have special groups aimed at young people aged 13 to 17. This training is available as extra support in the transition between children's and adult groups and is a complement to training in the adult groups. The training in the adult groups is aimed at everyone from the age of 13 and up.

In Lund's karate club, parents who want to train together with their children and young people can. Instead of sitting and watching as a parent, you can share the training with your child. And you also get exercise! Both beginners and experienced are welcome in this form of training.

NOTE: NO pre-registration is required as there is room for all children. All you have to do is come and try it out at the start of the semester - or whenever you want. We have rolling admissions throughout the semester.
